The UnHeld Man was developed to be a space for men to gather. Where they can free their inner thoughts and share their struggles with other men.
This nonjudgemental space allows men to heal and grow, and find a sense of camaraderie, while they learn cutting edge tools to shed old ways and step into new strength.
